I am now officially a Woodlan Warrior. Everyone who lives in the Woodburn school district dreams of going there during their whole 6th grade year. I know I did.

Becoming a Warrior is more than going to the high school. It gives you a refreshing new way of looking at things. For instance, I used to think school lunches weren't worth it. I was totally disturbed. Every Tuesday we get Domino's pizza or Arby's sandwiches and this last Warrior day, we got half a grinder from Mancino's.

One thing always gets us ALL going though. It is one of the most important things besides food, water, or prom.

Homecoming. It always gives us a change of pace during the week. That sense of pride that we get knowing that our team could eat the other team for dinner. This year, we are going to have a blast! Here is our schedule for what we are wearing next week:
Monday: Bored Day Wear your favorite sweats.
Tuesday: Twin Day Let's see how many Warriors can dress alike.
Wednesday: Nerd Day Show just how smart you really are. (I was told by Loren Hahn, a kid who i sit next to, that I could just go as myself.)
Thursday: College Team Day I'm going in Ohio State apparel.
Friday: Homecoming Day Show your school spirit!!!

I'm going to the game (hopefully) with my best friends, Kaylee, Allison, and Alyssa. We are going to hairspray our hair blue and white. We will also put face paint on. Go Warriors!!!
